Relevant Experience / Preferred Skills for Pakistan Air Force PAF 2023
- Candidates having good knowledge of RF & Microwave/ digital signal processing along with development experience on NI hardware (VSA, USRP) or Analog Devices SDR boards or RFSoC or Xillinx FPGAs would be given preference.
- Candidates with programming skills in Python, Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ, MS SQL Server and MySQL for user interface design / database design / socket
programming would be given preference. - Candidates having good knowledge of RF & Microwave Circuits / Devices / RF frontend design / antenna / array design & development with hands-on experience on RF / Anechoic Chamber measurements would be given preference.
- Individuals who will be involved in designing and developing software modules used for small drone design. Python, C#, ROS, Simulink, Lab View familiarization with controls and feedback systems. Linux based software solutions with applications in robotics. Software package development for deployment on SBCs. Flight controller integration
with SBCs. Any previous experience in said skills would be preferred. - Individuals for Design of CAD models against various requirements for miniature drones. They would be involved in detailed design drawings using
CAD software and perform optimization analysis of design using latest CFD & Structural analysis tools. Any previous experience in said skills would be
preferred. 02 Individual will be involved in designing and developing laser, thermal sensing and optical systems using ray tracing and optical software solutions. - Individual will perform optical calculations for laser and sensor system selection as per required criteria. Matlab or Python, Ray Tracing (Zemax Optics Studio) and familiarity with mathematical Optimization techniques. Any previous
experience in said skills would be preferred. - Individuals will be involved in developing image processing algorithms for developed sensor systems. Interface module for efficient front end and
database communication. Utilization of AI / ML routines for detection and tracking of objects. Python, Visual Studio, C#, MS SQL Server and MySQL for user interface design / database design / socket programming. Software package
development for deployment on SBCs. Any previous experience in said skills would be preferred. - Individual will be involved in designing and developing image processing software solutions to be used in embedded systems. Acumen for FPGA, ARM based SBCs and micro controllers platforms. Python, C#, ROS, Simulink, Lab View familiarization with controls and feedback systems. Any previous experience in said skills would be preferred.
